Venture capital fund raising
Raising venture capital funds in today’s environment is a challenging, time consuming and an on-going process. Our team’s experience include raising over RM100million for technology companies from both public and private investors. We work closely with a wide network of venture capital firms both in and outside Malaysia. As a result, we are uniquely positioned to provide valuable services to technology companies in their fund raising efforts. Our role include preparing your venture capital funding, identifying the best fit investor for you, assisting you in negotiations and structuring the investment.
IPO consulting
We also work closely with technology companies on IPO strategies. Our team has extensive experience in taking companies public including identifying, grooming and advising clients on their IPO on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange and in particular the MESDAQ Market. Should there be a preference to list in Singapore, we also work with licensed investment advisers to list candidates on SGX.
Complementary to the above, we also work with companies on their other corporate actions, including restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, which may be required to enhance their prospects of securing venture capital funding or going public.
